For the DIY Client, the one hour consult can give you just the inspiration needed to get your room started. During this consult, I can give you ideas as to how best to use what you already have. Then I will recommend what you might need to complete the look you are trying to achieve. If you would like to add a color consult to this package, I can also provide you with paint color recommendations for up to two rooms.

From the first sit-down to the final walk through, your room design will be a collaboration of your taste and my vision. Taking cues from your home, heirlooms and things that make your space special I will formulate a design plan. Together we can begin by carefully setting priorities, budgets and timelines for your room design(s). From there, all design choices are made to uniquely express the lifestyle of your family and the way you want to live. Through every stage of the process, I will keep you in the loop with a combination of meetings, design boards, photographs and samples.
After carefully listening to your desires, I will begin with a Design Board for each space that includes:

Often I will recommend several options of varying price ranges for the room allowing you to see the varying options and allowing you to determine where best to spend your hard earned dollars. I often tell my clients that there should be a nice balance of the high and low. Often you can achieve that high-end look without breaking the budget and with carefully selected accessories.
Sometimes you just need to clean the slate and start over. This means a complete renovation of the existing space. Whether it’s taking it down to the studs or removing a wall and creating a new use for the space, I can help with:
